“Yesterday, at mid morning a Weathercraft roofing crew of 4 men arrived at my residence. They attacked this roofing project of 41 squares with great vigor and by mid afternoon when they stopped for a break and lunch I foolishly thought to myself, they could get this done yet today. When they returned to their efforts it was with a greater flurry of activity and I could sense their determination and suspected objective. As sunset approached I could see that fatigue was setting in even with the strongest but then as the sun did set it was as if they reached down deep inside and said, we can and will do this. For the next 45 minutes I watched them in unison attack this roofing project at a feverish pace I could not believe achievable for apparently exhausted men.

When the last man crawled down the ladder there was not a barren spot left on the roof and they promised to return tomorrow to finish cleanup and a few loose roofing needs which they have just completed.

It has been many, many years since I have witnessed such determination and intensity as was displayed by this group of laborers.

Having been a farm boy, steel worker and a Sea Bee I can relate to the internal strength and determination these men displayed. I know that what I witnessed yesterday was a sign of these men's character, individually and as a group where satisfaction is personal accomplishment of seemingly insurmountable goals.

You are indeed fortunate to have this group working for you and I was indeed fortunate to have witnessed their efforts and achievements.
